Fog
Despite the opportunity to make a lot of money, Tom will not allow Billy to store liquor at his place. What do you think his real reasons for this are?
Because the men who killed Viola were looking for something that was connected to the rum running buisiness. He dosn't want the same thing to happen to Sadie.
I think it is because he doesn't want to get caught up in the rum-running business of the Black Duck. Because if he did, and the Black Duck got caught, then he would go to jail with the rest of them. And I also agree about the Sadie/Viola thing, Matt.
